I recently had one go off indicating a carbon monoxide leak. I immediately called the fire department and upon inspection of my home, I was told there was no leak and that the detector was faulty. I blatantly responded to a reps email asking her why would I want more defective crap? I am now up at 1:30 AM because the 2nd one I bought started beeping. We didn't call the fire department but replaced it with a First Alert detector we had and so far, no beeping. This is unacceptable and I'm going to get to the bottom this somehow with reporting them to the proper authorities.
