Kasskonnen Brotform 8'' Round

I'm very happy with this brotform. I have made bread three times with it, and the dough always came out easily. I made sure to flour it very well and "gluten coat" my dough properly before proofing the dough in it.

Works very well.

This will help it proofing and forming my sourdough bread. Good quality and should serve me well for years

I bought this for the pattern it leaves in the dough; giving the bread a bakery type look. Cleaning it is a chore. I would have preferred a ceramic bowl with the same pattern.

This rising basket is a very useful item and works very well leaving a nice imprint on the top of the bread which looks good when baked.

I love baking, especially breads. This item makes the bread looked so attractive.I love this item and would recommend.

Bought this for someone that loves to bake. It creates a pattern common to a lot of artisan breads. My friend never complained about the cleanup. I'm sure once you do it right away, its not a problem. A good buy and very affordable!
