I have always been skeptical of weight loss supplements. I have researched so much throughout the years on many brands and products. I finally decided to give this brand and formula a shot, and it works. I started out with one pill as recommended for about a week, then been doing 2 since. I've lost about/around 10 pds, and I'm still using the product now. I would recommend these if you're looking for a true supplement.

Just started taking this yesterday.I can say one thing about it.It does help kill your appetite.As far as losing wieght i dont know yet.Will know in a couple weeks.But so far i have a good review

I read recently that the majority of Americans have a vitamin B deficiency. That’s why I was intrigued when I read the ingredients description of this product and found that first 4 active ingredients include vitamin B1, 3, 6 and 12, all are very important for cellular function. I also noticed that the proprietary formula blend includes many oxidants along with caffeine, so to me this seemed like an added benefit to help support the body’s cellular functions while trying to lose weight. I’ve been eating more than normal lately (when you are lockdown at home, it’s hard to say no to eating everything in sight!) so my appetite also gone up. I’m trying to get back to my normal weight trough increasing my exercise and decreasing my food intake, and this supplement has helped a lot! I notice that my appetite decreasing more and more each day. I’m amazed this works!!

Noticed the results in just one week.Took these the first moment they arrived and immediately felt a nice boost of energy and it even put me in a really great mood, I clearly felt it through out my entire day. After two weeks of using it I have noticed my button up shirts have gotten more comfortable. I would recommend this it has worked great so far. I can't wait to see next week's results

I like the caffeine effect but it did not suppress my appetite.

I was trying to loose a few pounds and decided to try these pills. I was skeptical at first but then I realized that theses are pretty awesome. These pills actually give you energy and most importantly, they suppress your hunger and keep you from eating snacks in between meals. Great ingredients and perfect supplements. I have already shed a couple of pound and do no eat as much as I used to.
