Does the pin completely come out or just a little bit? Other alarms completely come out then they are lost. I’m looking for one that does not come out

The pin does not come completely out. I had to send it back as it turned on by itself and the only way I could turn it off was to push the pin back in. It may be that mine was just malfunctioning and would not happen to anyone else

is there just 1 usb charge

It comes with just 1 USB charge cord but you can use any other that fits in the alarm...I accidentally threw the box away with the cord inside and went crazy, but my son was able to find one of his to match it...try to google Safesound for a replacement....
