VERY HOT...to the touch! And noisy!!
VERY HOT TO TOUCH and very noisy!We plugged it in and turned it on. It immediately started heating up nicely, but was very noisy. Given we were going to use this directly plugged/mounted on the wall to heat my daughter’s room that can be drafty, it’ll be too loud while she sleeps. We have a different one in there now, we set for an hour and the auto timer goes off. Warms up the room enough to take the chill off. But the other is larger and this size was nice and small and I thought the flame effect would be nice, well way too loud. So after having it on a few minutes and realizing the noise level will be an issue, we unplugged it. As I pulled it out my hand touched the front grill and it was BURNING HOT!! I know, you’re probably thinking duh...well the other brand we have, you can touch the front and it’s not hot! Many are now made to not be hot to the touch, much safer.....this is not one of them!! So I will be returning it!!

Powerful heater, but noisy
Good: This heater felt really warm, especially for one that looks so small. I also like the option of plugging it directly into a wall without the cord. Remote control is handy as well, though batteries are not included.Bad: I thought the fan was a little noisy and gravelly. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the fire effect without the remote.

Keep the box just in case
Meh, hard to say. I like it. I bought two, one for myself and other for my sweet mom. Hers is not working after 2 days...started making some crazzzy loud noise. Then later in the day stopped working. So..had to give her mine..now I’m cold :(..returning hers, and hoping the other does not do the same.

Great product
When I opened this, I thought, I'll be sending this back. I put it in my daughter's room and turned it on. She told me the next day, that this heater fully warmed her room. I was totally surprised! Definitely happyly surprised!

It is a lil loud. Cant hear back from the seller at all.

awfully loud for a small heater.nobody liked it at home so we threw it away.waste of money, maybe because it was cheap, bad quality after all.

Not worth the $$
I bought this product to cut the chill in a bathroom that doesn’t get full heat in my house. This heater does Not put out much heat to make that much of a difference. Unless you are right next to the heater you don’t really get much out of it.

Packs a punch
Was getting colder wth winter approaching and I something to heat my room that had a cold draft coming in. This heater is tiny but packs a punch! Had to turn the temperature down a couple times as it was getting pretty hot. You can control fan speed, temperature and have a timer on as well.Having the remote was convenient too.
