WilliamsWarn Premium Summer Ale Home Brew Ingredient Kit

These kits are excellent. Worth every penny, especially if you get em reduced on sale!. Very good quality extract and quality yeast. I like my beer a little hoppier, so I added additional hops to this one following some techniques I found on the WilliamsWarn website. Its one of the best beers I've made. All the WilliamsWarn kits are great. Check out WW's website, they have some great recipe ideas for these kits if you like to be creative, and some good advice techniques on hops additions. or, they are very good and easy as they are. honestly these kits have produced the best beer I've ever brewed/tasted. This one is a good quick drinking, refreshing brew.

One of the best brews I've made to date in 5 years of brewing. This couldn't be easier. I fermented similarly to the williams warn method under pressure using a spundle and in a modified 5 gallon corny keg (cut and inch or two off the dipstick tube to keep it above the yeast cake). I left a gallon of head room in the keg for fermentation, but added the gallon back at transfer. Absolutely no oxygen was introduced after the beginning of fermentation and up to transfer into the serving keg. From Brew day to serving in the Keg was only 10 days. Just follow the Williams Warn brewing instructions and control your fermentation temps if possible. Also Fermenting under pressure rocks. It turned out to be a fabulous beer. Williams Warn please bring this back to Amazon to be sold again.

First of all, it's easy to brew. For a novice brewer or somebody just wanting an easy brew day, this fits the bill. But what good is easy brew if it doesn't actually taste good? This one tastes really good. Not very bitter and low/moderate alcohol, but good body and flavor. It's not like mass-produced American lager. It's good on its own but it also takes well to hops additions and some specialty grains. This is a people pleaser, good for parties!

These WilliamsWarn brew kits are my go to now. This is my fourth one. Super easy and delicious. I'm not too nerdy when it comes to making my own beer, I don't have the time or patience. These kits are no boil and no mess. I really liked it when they had some of these kits on sale!

We bought two of these last winter, when the price had dropped to about $25, one we followed the recipe and bottled it, the other we used a lager yeast got a good starter going then lagered it in our basement at 48F for three months. Both brews turned out exceptionally, the lager had a little butteriness to it. We have tried several of their recipes ales, pilsener, they are all great especially if you don't have the time to boil grains.

This kit looks fantastic (the box it comes in makes the perfect looking gift box). And the customer service at WilliamsWarn is wonderful.

Will brew in near future. Received wrong kit, so WilliamsWarn offered to send the original free of charge in addition to the kit I received. If their wheat kit is any indication, it will be more than worth the list price, let alone this crazy sale. I love these people.

Easy to brew, turns out great. Creamy, yet light, refreshing ale with plenty of flavor. I will definitely be brewing this, again and again.
