Yes I bought these last week & the cleats came with them.

I have Shimano red cleats, will i get any float with these pedals using red cleats?

It's the cleats that control the float, not pedals.Red cleats are Zero float. You would need use the yellow cleats that come with these pedals to get float.

How much float do the cleats it comes with have?

My pedals came with yellow shimano cleats. Which if I remember correctly is 6° float
