i have several back up batteries for a range of conditions and needs. this one i primarily purchased to power wifi, not the router, should power go out. TIP if like myself you have more than one back up battery mark the charger so you know which one goes with which. the power adapters do not have the model number etc on them so if not marked you're left guessing.the battery is well made. between the ports and included accessories it fits everything i have on hand from the wifi transmitter to just a garden variety usb powered fan. i charged it fully when it arrived. i let it sit for three months then checked how well it did for storing power and not losing it over time. i was surprised when i plugged it in and saw the read out for power reserves. typically for such types i would expect to lose anywhere from 3-5% over that length of time. what i discovered was it showed no discharge and had remained again after three months sitting at a full 100% charge. that is great as most of us will charge these up, put them away and forget about them until needed. not good to be in that spot and find your battery has lost power while it sat. i cannot say how long it takes to charge from 0-100% as i have not taken down below 60% yet. point being you don't need to carve out a day to recharge it does so as quickly as my others do. i have even connected to one of my portable solar panels and though it was slower to charge it still increased power at a respectable rate.the battery life as described on the page based on my testing appears to be accurate if anything they underestimated capacity and longevity. furthermore the quality of the device is to me very good. even when running a device that is power hungry i've never noticed any abnormal heating issues it only got slightly warm after over an hours use. i should also mention you can charge it from a standard household electric outlet, solar panel, usb or car 'cigarette' type outlets.i really like how this device was designed. not to mention the overall quality, functionality and versatility in regards to what you can charge. i wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again let alone recommend it to others.

Used it three times... over the last few years and went to use it this time and it just doesn't work anymore. It charged up fine, but as soon as I try to plug in something it shuts off immediately. Can't even charge a phone.

I used this powerbank like 3 or 4 times. Because of spare use I recharged it every three months. After the last cycle the system did not hold the charge anymore. Totally useless.

We have been trying to make sure we are well prepared in the event of an emergency and that included buying a generator. This generator is small but powerful!! It charged up quickly and is super easy to use. We don't have any outside electrical outlets so it is super convenient to grab this instead of plugging in an extension cord and hoping it's long enough. Every house should have one of these!!

Used this for cpap machine. Only lasted one night. If I didn’t get on sale I would return.

Had my unit for 1.5 years and stopped charging. I've tried 12v as well as the 110 outlet with no luck. Was a great unit for the tim it lasted. We only used it periodically for weekend camping.

I tested how long this power station would run a USB fan of 2.5 watts. By doing the math, I expected about 90 hours. What I found is that the fan worked well for a couple hours, and then would shut off. Despite having shut down, the indicator said there was a lot of power left and, indeed, I just turned the fan on again and it ran. Did this several times. Don't want to have to frequently restart devices.The ad says 24/7 customer service. More like zero. No phone number. You can contact electronically, but there are few options to pick, none of which addressed my problem with the unit
