The picture was a little deceiving I didn’t even realize I ordered a 5ft tree instead of the size in the picture which was probably about 7ft. I would definitely spent the extra $10+ to get the 7ft tree. Other than that no complaints about the tree itself.

Super easy to put together, you do have to spend some time fluffing it out but I would say just about the same amount of time as any other new tree from a box. Once it was fluffed out it was very full looking and beautiful. It also didn’t shed unless I was messing with the tree so there wasn’t a bunch of bristles that had to be cleaned up.

Small and a little skinny...but when kites are on and decorated looked perfect for a small tree

This tree is extremely flimsy and cost close to $50. I got a 6 foot tree for my other daughter this year from Walmart that was $35 and came with lights. It is very sturdy. This tree cost more, is not as big, is not sturdy and has no lights.I tried to get another from Walmart but they were sold out so I went with this one but wish I had not.

The customer service is excellent. My tree was damaged and was given a refund immediately. I will look for more products from your store in the near future thank you

The tree came the exact same size I ordered and looked magnificent with no spaces after properly extending the branches. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
