We bought this for out 14 yr old, her friends had 2 and loved it. We were not disappointed at all. It took a lottle longer for us to put it together but we did and she has really enjoyed it. It is great for her very small room too, now she has extra room that she did not have before

My son loves this bed. It leaves a lot of room for the kids to move around in the room. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is, my son has a foam topper on his mattress, and with that topper it puts the mattress even with the top of the rail, so there is no barrier to keep him from rolling off the bed. My husband is working on putting something together to remedy that, but the bed is close to the ceiling (we have standard 8 foot ceilings) so we don't want him to feel like he has been caged in.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I wish it had an option to make this a normal frame for a twin if at sometime your kids get to big for the loft bed (as in hittting their head on the ceiling. Our daughters loft bed came apart if we choose to do that it would either be a full size loft bed or a full size bed frame no loft.

Good product. Not bad setting up by myself it took me about 1.5 to 2 hours. I thur it may be a little more sturdy but it's not to bad. Plenty of room underneath to provide my daughter plenty of time underneath to play
