Totally disapointed
Paid 50 bucks for this and got it for my hubby's birthday only to have the results say, "100% European," WE KNEW THAT and had hoped for so much more but in order to find out what kind of European he is they want like 40 more dollars...I just paid 50 dollars for NOTHING. Don't get this. RIP OFF

My mom ordered this and only results said she was 100% European. After contacting them they wanted the cost of another kit to unlock her breakdown results. Buy AncestryDNA kit! Not this one!

Do not buy
My wife and I bought a test for each of us. Hers came back shes European and can pay 60 bucks to find out more. Mine came back Inconclusive and they said someone will contact me to take a new text. No one has contacted me, no answer to emails. I went ahead and bought my heritage dna, results back down already and no additional cost for finding out which countries my ancestors came from. Wish I could get a redund.

Seems like a great deal..but then you have to pay more to unlock other options that we ordered it for. Very disappointed.

Their customer service was spot on.
Be sure to email them that you have registered your kit if you don't hear from them. I am not a computer wiz. So I had not registered right. EASY PROCESS THO.

NOT RECOMMENDED
You receive a kit to collect DNA and send back for analyzing. If they consider that they could not collect enough data from the sample to meet their standards , you can try 2 other times . If you follow all the requested instructions but the sample fails 3 times = no results = no reimbursement. What happened to me after 7 months I have the feeling I have been fooled
