Tasty option for savory snacks lovers!
The Sheffa Bars are a good (and tasty) snack options for me, as I prefer savory snacks to sweet ones. My favorite savory bars were the Mediterra ones (which are discontinued); the Sheffa bars are not a perfect replacement, but they become my go-to option. In each pack you get two slim bars. The texture is very dry, some might not like it, I actually enjoy the crunchiness of the bars. Being so dry, the caveat is that the bars tend to break/crumble easily in transit (e.g. thrown in a backpack/gym bag, during shipment); I don't necessarily consider them a good on the go snack since they are so fragile. Expect them to be a dry multi-grain cracker/biscuit-like bar, not your standard `moist` granola/snack bar. While the taste is not `delicious` for me, most flavors have a nice savory taste, with seeds and veggie flavors. I have tried in time all flavors (except the Chili):-> Everything: The savory veggies flavors overpower the seeds, but if you are a fan of the `Everything bagel` flavors you will enjoy the garlic and onion vibes. Just be sure to brush your teeth or get a gum afterwards.-> Sesame: Nice tasty blend of veggie and sesame seeds flavors, with a touch of sweetness from the dried carrot.-> Rosemary: Not my favorite, as I don't like rosemary, but it's still an enjoyable savory flavor.I do appreciate that the bars use whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, millet), while not having added sugars and artificial flavors. I just wish that all grains were organic. I also like I can actually see the seeds (sunflower, poppy, sesame) in the bar.Otherwise, they make a quite filling snack on their own (especially since they are so dry that you need to drink a lot of water with them). But you can pair them with any spread, or use them with soups or salads at lunch. With my Amazon order I for them delivered in good conditions, most didn't break in transit. `Best-by-date` for items ordered in December 2019 sold by AbundanceBox is April 30 2020.

32% Fiber
Sheffa. Savory. Bar. Below is my first review. I think I was too hasty in panning these bars. I have tasted them many times now and, while they don't taste particularly good, they are not as bitter as I thought. They contain a stale-tasting rosemary, and the biscuit is so very dry. But given they pack a whopping 32% of daily fiber in there, the texture makes sense. I'm adding a star!First review: Being an omnivore, I am rarely nervous that I might not like something. So I walked right into this example. TAKE NOTE: I can and am writing solely about my tastes!! These bars did have a little bit of Rosemary taste, which I like. The entire bar, though, tastes like an attempt at a cracker I once baked: dry, unfinished, a plan not realized, an idea uninterpreted, lousy. This should go back to the drawing board, then the kitchen, then the testers. It should have been stopped the first go 'round. I will try the next version. I know Sheffa means well.

dang these are good
would 100% recommend. I got these because I was in need of a snack bar that could give me carbs and not be full of fiber and fats that would make me feel SUPER full. It's ended up being a perfect addition to my pantry because these bars come in handy all the time, especially 1-2 hours before i workout when I'm hungry for a snack but don't want something that weighs me down. definitely give these a try

Birdseed with stale Mrs. Dash
I usually love healthy grains and seeds, etc. and was really looking forward to a savory bar to eat at work. Hate to say it, but these were really bad. I'm surprised at the good ratings. They didn't taste of sesame at all, were extremely dry and crumbled at a touch, looked like millet seeds, and seriously resembled ground cardboard flavored with very stale Mrs. Dash. I bought the Doctor Kracker Klassic 3 seed crispbreads on the same order and those are delicious~ thankfully, Amazon is wonderful about refunds when a product is so bad that even a scrupulous non-waster like me can't force it down. I will donate and hope someone else enjoys these.

BLEH!
These are kinda nasty.I really, really wanted to like these. Breakfast foods of the grab and go variety are so sweet, and if you ask me, sweet is meant for dessert (or drinks) -- not a meal. But as I age, I've been finding my tummy's kinda done with skipping breakfast, and I don't have the luxury of being able to cook before dashing out the door to work (or the money to stop and buy on the way), so grab-n-go is a must. These were supposed to be my savior, but alas, they nasty af. Just opening one pouch, it reeks of onion powder. My co-worker likened it to the mushroom chicken ramen packets (JUST the flavor packets, it's that strong) I have the open pouch half-way across the room with a fan blowing towards it (and away from me), but I can still smell it clearly. The flavor should seriously just be called "Onion Powder." You get hints of more, but it's kinda like whoever was in charge of the onion powder didn't notice the cap was unscrewed and dumped the whole jar in the pot instead of the couple shakes it was supposed to get. They are also pretty hard, but they're thin enough that you won't break your teeth on them and they can easily break in transit. I don't really mind these points, but some people may.Tried pawning them off onto all my co-workers today. Only 1 would even try a tiny piece, 1 drew the line at the smell, the other wouldn't even let me hand it to her.Gonna try and re-purpose them as croutons or maybe grind 'em up as flavoring for something else.

Tasty but some were expired
Liked the bars, these are better than the rosemary ones, these will have your breath smelling like onions. Just be warned the bars themselves do not have an expiration date and they do not come in a sealed box. Amazon grabs a bunch of bars and puts them in any available Sheffa box and then they stick an expiration date on the box. Some of my bars were expired and some were not.
