Bought this for my samsung galaxy note 10.1 and first time I used it the charger died and couldn't be brought back to life. No paperwork came with nor warranty info. found our when I tried to return it that only had 30 day warranty.

Amperes galore
I researched a reasonable number of products and felt Tirux might be the best bet because they had a website dedicated to replacement battery products, so at least I felt better about this company having some history relative to the product. When I received the unit I was surprised how big it was. Not a big deal, though.For myself, I mostly use it on the weekend for maybe an hour at a time with my mobile hotspot. Its been about a month now and maybe 8 hours of use. I have yet to recharge it for the 2nd time. 1st was when I received it. I really like the overabundance of USB power for whatever device may need it, though for me it's just my hotspot. To me, the amperes galore makes up for the size and weight of the unit. Others might not agree, so do check those specs before you order.

Worked great until it didn't.
Really nice device for a couple of months. Multiple, fast recharges of our various Kindles, iPad and cel phones. Then zilch. I notice (now) that the description does not mention anything about it being short-circuit protected, and I suspect that's what did it in.It's low priced enough that I probably won't bother testing Tirux's 1-year return policy. Too bad. A handy little battery pack at a decent price.
