Best value lactase pill I have found
I have tried a few. These are the best value for money, good strength and they definitely work. Will vary person by person as to how many you need to take. Easy to swallow and tasteless.

this is one of the brands I tried due to my lactose intolerance. Ive got to say they really work as they should. One or two tablets are perfect for a full meal with unlimited lactose dessert if needed. the only downside is that they taste as if you were munching on chalk and at some point its quite disgusting. If i had to choose between living without dairy or being able to eat dairy but using this tablets, i would use them tablets without any hesitation!
