Prefer this to Blue Diamond
I switched to almond flour and have been trying different kinds. This is very close to King Arthur gluten free blend and is good for cup for cup. What I like the most is that it doesn’t give off and overwhelming almond taste. It doesn’t drown out the flavor of the recipe. It makes good pizza, gravy, and cookies. By contrast, Blue Diamond is a much stronger taste and takeover the flavor.

Celiac delight
Cooking for a someone who cannot have gluten, is challenging. This flour is very very good. I made homemade chocolate chip cookies for a crowd using this flour and everyone (even the ones who CAN have gluten) loved them.

great flour substitution
I love this almond flour- it's my first that I have tried, but it's a great substitution for regular flour. It has worked well in muffins, cookies, and cornbread. It is a little expensive, compared to wheat flour, but I think it's worth it. I also love that it's a direct substitution in terms of portion for other flours.

Misinformation
This is a great gluten free baking mix but it is not pure alomomd flour as it shows.

Real Good
This product in my opinion is one the best flours for all purpose baking and cooking. Great taste and texture.

Beware, read ingredients
Buyer beware food items unearned are not returnable. Be glad when COVID is over. I misread ingredients and this flor will not work for my keto diet. Flour blend has brown and white rice and potato starch and tapioca flour.

Wonderful
This is my favorite all-purpose gluten-free baking blend. I appreciate that it does not contain xantham gum or sorghum flour (which I love but cannot eat.) It has truly worked well in every recipe in which I have used it.

Very Good
I used this in place of flour because I wasn't able to get flour when the virus hit. It's expensive, but it gives my cookies a great flavor, so I just bought two more bags. Nothing wrong with giving yourself a treat at this time. Enjoy.
