A couple design concerns
I had a cheap one-speed flosser that broke so decided to upgrade. I thought a Swiss designed product should be a good one, plus I liked the sleek black look of it. I was disappointed due to what I consider to be a couple design flaws:1. The mechanism for removing the tips takes some getting used to. There is a button to release the tip but you still have to pull the tip off, so you can end up accidentally pushing the on button as you grip it, as it is on the opposite side of the release button.2. The three speeds (normal, soft, pulsating) are turned on in that order when you press the on button. I found the normal speed to be so hard that it hurt my mouth, so I had to click the button again to get to soft. Just having to cycle through the speeds to turn it off is a problem for me. Better to have an on/off button and a separate switch for changing speeds.I was going to return this but decided to stick with it as I assume that it is doing a good job on my teeth, if it truly is “designed by dentists”, so will just learn to live with its shortcomings.

Loved it while it lasted, LEMARC USA made it right
Love the rechargeable stand, it's always ready. Great pressure and pulse setting. Water tank a bit small and On button easy to accidentally push but easy to overlook because I love it. Teeth and gums feel great when I'm done. Unfortunately it is now 4 months after I received it and it is totally dead. Moisture is seen in the status viewing screen and motor doesn't run. Their website says battery should last 3 years. I wish the rest of the unit did. Not recommended based on it is now useless after only 4 months. Mfg in China.*************** Update *****************Contacted Distributor LEMARC USA about the unit dying and they sent me another one, no charge or questions asked. Excellent customer service. I am now using it and love it.

Happy overall, but it's not perfect
Got this to replace another brand unit that had gone missing in my move.First, the good: It works well, it's fairly comfortable to use, and it holds enough water that I can do a complete usage on a single fill. The power is decent, though the only mode I use is the high power mode. Overall, happy with the purchase. The bad: The digital display is fairly useless. It's only on when the unit is pumping water with the exception of the charge indicator, which is also on when it's on the charging base. but this comes to the second issue with the display, it isn't viewable from all angles, including one of the primary angles I view it from. The charge base sits on my counter next to my sink. When i'm standing and look down at it, that's an angle that the display "goes black" (think of holding two polorized lenses at a 90 degree angle). So to see the current state of charge, I have to lean down to look at it.

Stoped working in 4 months
This was my fourth Water Flosser. The other ones I also bought from Amazon. One stopped working in a year, another in two years. When I got this one I thought I got finally a good product. It's well constructed and designed. The water tank is small and you have to refill it at least ones during the cleaning. I could live with that since it is portable. But this flosser started malfunctioning in two months - pump just stopping in the middle of the cycle and you had to restart it, but then it died completely! I got it at the beginning of March and by the end of July first the digital display died and then the flosser stopped charging. In four months it's useless garbage. And I can't return it anymore! Waste of money!

Junk
August third, bought this thing in late May and the battery is dead, doesn't last long enough to finish a simple flossing.Don't buy it.Take my advice, the battery began to show signs of weakness as early as late June after only a month of use

Don’t waste your money
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased the Wagner Switzerland Advanced Digital Water Flosser with LCD Display, 3 Modes, 4 Jet Tips, Wireless Charging, and Travel Bag. Portable for Home, Office, and Travel. And after only four months, it’s completely dead; the motor turns on, but it’s not pulling the water. I always dry it after use and kept it charge. I don’t understand how only after four months it dead especially with the care I gave it. I emailed the manufacturer weeks ago to help with a solution and no one got back to me.

Well Made and Does The Job.
Purchased this unit to replace a unit that died on me. The main reason I purchased is the inductive charging. The other unit I had needed to be plugged in and the charging port corroded. I am really glad for the purchase. it is very powerful and does an excellent job of cleaning between my teeth. My wife has to use the second setting because the first is too powerful for her so that is a definite plus. It is very well made and I am sure it will make us happy for years to come.

Started out great but did not last long
This water flosser is a little clumsy to use and I have to refill it a couple times to finish the job but I am getting used to it and it does a great job. It flosses particles out from between my teeth even after I have brushed and flossed. It is a great little appliance for the price.Ok now it has died. Not happy that it did not even last five months. I guess you get what you pay for.
