Owing to an injury, I've been forced to sleep on my back which causes me to be a mouth breather, leaving my mouth extremely dry. I bought this product with the hope of alleviating the problem. As soon as I opened the package, I knew there would be at least one problem: the smell. The company indicates that there is no "irritable smell." Not sure what they consider irritable, but it certainly irritated me! It's been off and away from me for 30 minutes and I can still smell it. With the hope the smell would eventually go away when exposed to air, I tried it on and made several adjustments but it in no way kept my mouth closed, even at the tightest I could bear. Very disappointed. I thank Amazon for agreeing to the return.

Have not used yet but similar to another one I’ve used. They are the most effective of all the ones I’ve used. I have sleep apnea and I am a mouth breather. I can only use the basal mask because they all leak air and it keeps me awake.

U sweat on your chin it's not breathable helped keeping my mouth shut snored softer and not as loud. Pretty co.fortable. but if u are in menopause with night sweats dont reccommed.

This is one of the best chin straps I have bought so far, as it is comfortable and doesn't mess up my hair as bad as others. However after a few weeks of use it started to leave blue marks on pillowcases (see photo). Therefore I have to give it a three-star rating as opposed to four or five.

whoever is writing these review is placing them in the wrong place. the chin strap is not worth the money. the reviews are mostly for other items. buyer beware.

I do like the soft material. If it only fit I would give it a 5, but since it doesn't fit due to being too big and cannot be adjusted, I only gave it a 3. I sleep pretty well in it, but my wife doesn't. She is nearly deaf, but she can hear my snoring. Apparently I cannot hear my snoring; however, when I snore I also tend to stop breathing. My wife wants me to breath so she wakes me up. So my sleep quality hasn't improved by wearing it. It is very easy to use, it just doesn't work for me because it is too large. I am very disappointed in this because the fiber itself is soft and would be comfy if it fit. You need to create a smaller size for those of us who do not have a big head! :-)
