Stomoach issues
Before I wrote this, I wanted to be sure the issue was caused by this product. Upon taking my first dose just after dinner, I woke with a sour stomach that night. Unsure if it was this product or perhaps a bug or something I ate, I didn't write the review. After a few days. The symptoms slowly went away. I waited a full week after to take my next dose. Once again, I ate with dinner as suggested. Again, I woke with the same issue. This time, I figured some milk/cereal may help. Within 30 minutes, I vomited.I would not give a 1 review if this was mentioned as a possible side effect, but it is not. That is very strange considering it tells you not to take on an empty stomach which usually means it can cause nausea.I do not normally have stomach issues with supplements, but some ingredient in here sure causes it.
