Please disregard any review in regards to size prior to September 2016 as we have changed this item and it is much smaller and compact Hypoallergenic & Dust Mite Resistant with 100% CertiPur-US Certified Foam. Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor. Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product. MADE IN USA

Worth trying, Good for travel, just not for household next support.
It's quality built but too flat. For some reason there's not enough fill. Could be a personal thing where I have neck stress or need support. Everyone has different ergonomics... Worth trying. Maybe you will get one with more fill than mine...

Very comfortable but could use a case
This is a very comfortable neck pillow. I bought it because I use a Bamboo shredded memory foam pillow every night, and wanted a similar experience when traveling. My only complaints are that 1) it doesn't have a clip or any way of attaching to a suitcase and 2) the "case" or outer material it has looks very unfinished, the seams are on the outside. I wish I could find a cover or pillowcase for this just so I can cover it up and make it look a little better. Other than those issues, I think this is the best option for anyone who wants the support of memory foam without it being too hard.

Nice but poor quality
Poor quality sewing. On the first use stitching came unsewn about an inch, so some foam came out. Stitching had been trimmed to close to edge. Would not reorder nor recommend.
