Q: For blue 16-14 awg connectors ... what size shrink wrap do you need to purchase if you want to add a second covering over the connector?

I would suggest that the same size of shrink wrap would work for a double wrap. Put the first shrink wrap over the connector and heat-shrink it. Then put the second shrink wrap over the first and heat shrink the second one. I cannot imagine that a double layer of shrink wrap is ever necessary since one layer is enough to make a pretty waterproof seal.
