Easiest install ever!!!!
Fits galaxy note 9 with otterbox defender case. Big bonus cause most say they do and don't. Doesn't take away sensitivity of touch like others also do a lot of the time. Seriously no fighting air bubbles and installed the quickest I have ever had one go on. Am seriously impressed.

Ingenious design! Protector was cracked when delivered!
The setup for this screen protector is awesome! It comes attached to a guide so all you have to do is clean your screen, peel the plastic, and carefully place over your phone. It really is an ingenious design and application process. Unfortunately, the way it was shipped and/or the way it arrived, left something to be desired. The screen protector was cracked when I opened the package. I had to work the next morning so I had no choice but to go to Best Buy and buy one there. It wasn't worth the risk of waiting for a replacement. I give it 3 stars because it really is an ingenious product. Maybe I had a defective piece or just a random act of God. I don't think I can hold that against the company.

So easy to install and first time bubble free!
Wow! Being through countless screen protector for Note 9, this one BY FAR is the BEST and EASIEST to put on, no need for those LED drying crap protector, this one simply make sure clean the screen surface carefully with no trace of dust and oil, and use the included screen positioning applicator (GREAT HELP) lay the screen down and you are done! Also bubble free! Impressed! I got the privacy glass version.

No privacy and too much reflection
It's very easy to apply and so far, it didn't fall off. The glue is only on the edges and it wasn't a problem with the phone case. However... The privacy screen is not really private and the glass is so shiny that you can't see/read/watch anything well because of the reflection regardless of your phone's angle and brightness setting. Needs to have a bit of matt finishing so it won't reflect too much.It does the job I guess to "protect" the screen but not for privacy and the reflection. Because of the reflection issue, it's hard to pay, scan bar/QR codes, cards, etc from my phone. That's why I am giving 2 stars.

Absolute Easiest to install screen protector ever. No Bubbles or dust. Perfectly positioned.
Absolute a phenomenal product. This is the easiest to fit screen protector ever invented. It is the first time I have positioned the screen protector perfectly without any bubbles or dust trapped between the protector and the screen. I cannot give this product the praise it deserves because I cannot put into words the trials and tribulations I have been through trying to install the screen protectors on all my previous phones.

Was installed correctly fell off in a day
Not sure how to rate this product less than a day on it fell off I even left the screen Protector installer on the phone for a hour making sure it had time to bond and it fell off in less than 24 hours but the screen itself is very nice Protector no problems with touch controls never even had to turn on the extra screen sensitivity option feels very sturdy and durable not sure what went wrong with the adhesion but it was kinda hot today and I yr came off when I first got in a hot car but I've had about 10 screen Protector fail by falling off it might be from working in the coal mines I'm not sure

Screen cracked; looking for replacement
Update: 04.14.2020: Natalia C. From the company responded to my request. Because of Covid-19 there was a hold on products but she offered me other options. I chose to wait until this was available again. She put me on a list and several weeks later, followed up with me to let me know my replacement was coming. She also checked to make sure that I received it and that it was the correct item and worked like I need it to. So far so good and even more impressed with the customer service. Thank you Natalia! Great customer service goes a long way! Old review: I purchased this product through Amazon, installed as directed. It was fine but then I accidentally dropped my phone and it cracked. I used the little card that came in the box to submit the warranty within the 14 days and I sent in an email but I have not heard anything. How can I get a replacement?

Best Note 9 Screen Protector I Have Tried
This is the 4th style of Note 9 screen protector I have tried. The others were great...until they weren't! Nothing stuck more than a few weeks. This one is well past that & functioning perfectly. It was very easy to install with the applicator tool. This also helped ensure there was a very firm seal. This is the best Note 9 tempered glass screen protector I have found so far and the only I would recommend trying.
