Highly recommended for robotics and software programming fans. I have done Arduino in the past and I found a lot of similarity with, although robotics TXT is more concrete to program, uses diagrams with boxes instead of writing codes, and the machine provide enough power to turn the motors on (with Arduino needs transistors to power up motors and elements that draw relatively high current, which make the circuit more cumbersome). ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Poor customer service, lack of detailed instructions *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2020* I had horrible experience with this German company. I wanted to start a class so I bought plenty of their products across the lines. Now, at Profi levels, more and more the models depend on the controller for them all to offer the best educational values. Day One the boxes arrived and the Controller broke. I reached out to both the seller and the company in Germany. They all pretended to provide technical support while all that meant was, "hey, there cannot be any problem. It should be working now". That's bad customer service.Another thing is that almost all of their products related to electronics do not have manuals for such equipment. You buy even a can opener and you get some instructions on how to use it property. If there is anything that is "okay" with Fischertechnik then it is the Building Instruction manual. It's okay, but it's all elementary. Comparing to other STEM educational packages ( I will not name names here), the "soft value" of post-purchase services from Fischertechnik is way too inferior. I will not come back to this company. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Beware : all features advertised are not implemented yet *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2014* This product is disappointing. This is a VERY expensive micro controller and, at that price, it should be perfect. I find unacceptable that all the advertised features are not available yet. No WiFi, no Bluetooth, no I2C! It also means the controller cannot talk to other controllers. It is not even possible to set clock to the right time !
