Awful product. Steamed face to open pours and done as said. Sliding over skin to get blackheads ect out of skin but it bruised !

The package arrived a week or two before it said it would which I was happy with. The box was all smashed up and damaged badly. The product it’s self does and alright job as it’s meant to with didn’t settings to change the power. Taking the heads of is difficult and when I tried to remove one it just snapped off. The vacuum itself is alright but as others have said it leaves bruises but doesn’t really remove much. If looking for a product like this I would recommend buying a Moreno expensive one

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
AWFUL PRODUCT!!! Bruised my face in multiple places, I’m trying to get a refund but not sure that will work. It’s also about to be a waste of my foundation to cover up the bruising on my face. :/ if I could do 0 stars I would.
