This tool is a necessary gadget if you do not feel comfortable to do momos or filled pasta by hand. Even if it is not a problem, after a while you will fall in lv with it😀. It is very light metal, two equal concave parts with carved teeths to close your dumplings, etc. that are linked together like an articulation. Super easy to use, place your round dough in the center, fill it with whatever you want, let half an inch around on the edge of the dough. The edge can be slightly humidified with a little bit of water to help the adherence. Now close your dough cutter, press, and open! Here is your first super fast home made momo, dumpling, filled dough!!!! What a great unexpensive little kitchen helper!

I had purchased this specifically for the rolling dough cutter to make Jelly filled Sugar Cookies at Christmas time. However I couldn't get it to work like it tells you to. My daughter & I read the instructions multiple times, & watched several videos several times.Very sad.It would've been a nice time saver, considering that at Christmas time I make 10 different types of cookies at 12 doz per type.

I purchased this dumpling maker hoping this would be a simple to use kitchen accessory for preparing dumplings. This was 1. Very tricky to use 2. I wasn't sure of the quality of stainless steel.I am requesting for a return of this product as this was hardly used.

These are just OK and can do the purpose but are not of high quality. I used them twice already - the cutter barely rolls and the press does not always closes the edges so that the dough is not sticking. OK product, if you do not make dumplings often.

I expected that the form would be flimsy, like in supermarkets, but it turned out the opposite, good and solid. Product sizes are normal, as in stores. Of course, the hands are more beautiful, but the shape is much faster. I was very pleased with the material, stainless steel is not plastic and other cheap materials, you don’t have to worry about the mold breaking or malfunctioning, you can also wash it in water without problems and don’t worry that you will later eat items with rust.

Too small

The cutter for this is cheap and not well made. It doesn't roll so you end up squishing your dough. Highly disappointed. The two presses work ok.
