Waterproof Durable USB

I bought this with the intent to cut out my commute a little bit to work. First the bottom part of the package was ripped off and some of the styrofoam was broken. I opened it out of the box and checked to see if there was any battery since I was excited. I got about 2 miles out of it then it started to throttle which was expected.I left it charging for 6 hours, or until the charger turned green. I decided to get lunch 2 miles away and back, totaling about 4 miles. The first two driving modes are useless, you wont go anywhere unless you're in sports mode. Sports mode would also tap about at 15 IF i was going downhill. Also cruise control beeps are VERY annoying. On my way back my full battery died a block from my home.I knew all these features were too good to be true in this price range. Will be returning ASAP

The scooter has lived up to its expectations so far . I only own it two weeks and have been using it on the NYC streets and its been a pleasure . I weigh 265 pounds and have no difficulties going up inclines or making out the speed . The battery holds it charge as advertised . My only concern is that the grip tape is starting to come off the back of the scooter . There customer support has been great and gets back to you within hours of filling out an email about your concerns ? I have tried two other scooters at this price range and was totally disappointed . I love the bigger battery and 350 watt engine. I would recommend this unit

OkI got this scooter for Christmas. I have always wanted and electric scoot. To use as a commuter. I was super pumped and did some research on this product. Everything I read said it was a really good one.I had a different experience.After I received the first one. Right out of the box it had issued. The brakes squeaked, and didn’t work great, the battery had a burning smell, as well as draining two bars within the first two blocks of riding, the bell didn’t work, and the kick stand was bent in.This was the first one.Sent it back and got the second one. Now a lot of the things I just mentioned were better this time. Except for the fact that I only rode it once and the front tire was flat. Went to the store got a pump, filled it and took out again. The next morning the tire was flat again. So the second one I got came out with a flat tire.At this point I’m done with this product. I wanted to Like it. I really did. But they are 0-2. I wish I had a better experience. Because if everything was properly built. It could have been a good buy. But for the money you pay I was very unsatisfied

I get only about 9 mile range with 39 degree weather and going up hills on full power otherwise it is a great well built scooter

So firstly I want to give a backstory to this scooter and my history with scooters. I’m definitely a good person to look to since I’ve owned three, the X7 is my third.1st scooter Segway ES1 with extra battery: Great scooter at first, albeit somewhat slow for commuting, it only went like 13MPH, so I can’t say it’s the worst, Could go about 10 miles on a charge, BUT it was a rough ride and it wasn’t the most durable as after 40 days the battery went on the fritz and died. 5/102nd scooter YDS Cheap knockoff: OK, now that scooter was trash, a lesson on you get what you pay for, literally went 5 miles and would die, terrible rattling, terrible build quality, it went over a bump and it died after 20 days. 2/103rd scooter Turboant X7: Now, this is my current ride, doesn’t go 20MPH, I weight 190lbs it goes 18mph for me on a full charge. Great fairly smooth ride, tires may ship flat, that’s fine, first tip, buy tire slime and put like 4-6oz in each tire immediately before even going for your first ride. 50psi each tire and you’re set. Sturdy, and more fun than the two others, I also like the folding mechanism the best. 8/10 for now, will update this after 90 days of use.

The scooter stopped working shortly after I first rode it. I tried everything to troubleshoot it and was very hopeful that I could find a reason for it--but apparently it just died. I would give the product a 1-star rating, but the customer service was great (the company actually exists, unlike with some of these scooters). I returned it with no problem. The construction appeared to be sturdy and well-made, the random dying notwithstanding.Note that I bought this almost a year ago, so it may be the case that the manufacturer fixed whatever the issue was.

As a couple of senior citizens that still get around good we would recommend. First time we've had a good break in the rain here since we received it. We rode it all morning around a on park paths. A lot of fun.I had a problem figuring out what air pump to use - a tire pump or a bike pump to fill the tires - use a bike pump. Customer service got back to me on my question in a timely manner regarding tires. We will love using it as an alternative mode of transportation for short trips or a leisure ride.Easy to learn as it doesn't thrust on low mode, which makes it easy to control.

-Tire came in flat- it was glitchy- too much for what we paid for- got the Segway max for the similar price and was way better ended up getting 2
