Works perfectly to charge the porter cable batteries. My other charger that came with the saw died. This one is better than the original.

I took a chance and it works like a charm
I was in need of a new charger for my 18V Porter Cable NiCad batteries and I wasn't positive if this would be the right one (it had the corresponding code number but I still wasn't positive), I took a chance and it works like a charm!

Thought we had a bad battery, but ordered a new charger
Yay! Thought we had a bad battery, but ordered a new charger, and low and behold battery charges fine! Works perfectly!
