This tree DOES NOT look like the picture. It looks nice and wide and even and after getting this thing out and fluffed it is so not the picture. It’s smaller then expected at the bottom but the top is the problem. The top narrows in so much that it looks absolutely ridiculous. I am a little picky on how my trees look. And this year I borrow my mothers tree. She’s had it 25 years and it’s still perfect. It is wide and evens out when the top gets smaller. It’s a gradual decrease in width in stead of drastic like this one. So the width and awkwardness aside , like I said I am picky with my trees and take my time, this thing had so many empty spots and thin spaces. It was a pathetic sight. We did the return the same day.

I love the tree, it real easy to setup and looks really nice when we set it up. There were no instruction in the box, but it was easy to figure out and install. overall we love how it looks in out living room. Once the tree is setup its sturdy and if you need extra stability it comes with hooks you can use to tie up the tree to something. -------- Edit after one month ( changed the rating to 1 star)After one month the tree started to crumble and the leaves are everywhere. for a fake tree is terrible quality is not worth buying it. and the customer service is even worse they do not respond to massages or take responsibility for the poor quality. Do not buy this tree.

I have no idea why everybody was so enamored with this product. Let me first begin by saying that I am usually easily pleased when it comes to my purchases, and so I do not often take the time to warn others about petty, negligible defects.With that being said, perhaps I received a product that was a possible return from last year’s rejects?This tree shed like crazy, and when I say like crazy, I mean like crazy. Better have a vacuum. It also had exposed wires that had to be tucked up, or in. Also, limbs broke off of it. It also tilted like the Tower of Pisa.Why 3 stars? Not a horrendous tree, but NOT worth this price.

I’m not sure how this got such good reviews, maybe no one knows what a real tree is suppose to look like but I can tell you this wasn’t it!

Trash is a compliment. Didn't even attempt to finish setting it up. Complete disappointment. We are thinking about donating this to a less fortunate family, but even embarrassed to do that. We're sure a less fortunate family will find some use for it. Will be donating it, not even going to bother trying to return it...Trash just Trash...Picture worth a million words...

Way to assemble but count hold an ornament unless it was made of paper!! Every ornament feel off of each branch. The tree appeared to be taller & fuller on photo. Price was right but too weak to hold nice ornaments

The tree was not as full as it appears in the picture and many of the branches broke off as we were attempting to set it up. I would have returned it but the box it came in was not in good shape and it was too close to Christmas for us to risk getting a tree

I am really surprised That Amazon sends this kind of junk to its customers. This tree looks nothing like the picture. The stand has holes for the screws to hold the tree straight, but were not drilled properly. The branches are sparse at the bottom. Overall, its junk. Don't waste your time or money.
