Fantastic, just what I needed. Makes the stopper easy to find, track, and keeps it off the floor (where my puppy can find it).

You need hardwood floors for this to work. I am assuming. I know it just slides across carpet.

The plastic straps break really easily. All four snapped within a few weeks of starting to use them.

What a deal. Amazing price for something so far beyond the terrible brown rubber stops. Could not be more convenient and looks awesome on the little hook.

This is very light, but does the job great. I sometimes need to hold the stopper with my foot while placing it under a door, but once it's in place it holds.

Initially, I thought this door stopper was going to be solid stainless steel. But thankfully, when my evaluation sample arrived, I found it was not. The Harbor Creek Luxury Door Stopper is not so heavy that you will damage your floor if accidentally dropped. However, all surfaces are quite thick, and after general abuse (throwing, slamming door on it, etc) the unit maintained its structural integrity. The two rubber bands are non-marring and of sufficient width and thickness to positively hold the door when the stopper is wedged between the door and floor. The height on the thick-end of the wedge is approximately one-fourth/third higher than most inexpensive door stoppers found in retail stores. This makes the Harbor Creek Luxury Door Stopper suitable for large exterior heavy doors (typically with slightly raised thresholds that makes shorter-height door stoppers unsuitable). The wedge angle is approximately 20 degrees. This provides more contact between the door and the non-skid rubber surfaces than other designs with either higher wedge angles or the lack of a uniform non-skid surface along the wedge ramp.I'll probably remove the handle and plug the screw holes so that the door stop has an ultra clean appearance. The hanging hook is a nice extra as well, but I'll likely use this for keys. :-)A very nice and classy looking product. I'm unsure how it would do in hurricane conditions, but the good news is that once the floor gets wet, the rubber loses friction, and the wind should blow the door closed anyway. :-)
