ROunceendal - Lavender - Vinegar - South Africa - 375 ml

I've had the hibiscus vinegar before and loved it so I tried this. Was afraid it wouldn't be as good but it is delicious. These vinegars are ridiculously expensive for good reason. The flavor of both is subtle and unusual. All you need on a salad is a little top quality olive oil, salt and pepper and one of these exquisite vinegars. And Rozendal vinegar is really hard to find.

It is a very pricey gourmet item, but the flavor is absolutely stunning! So smooth. I had been given one as a gift & it sat in my cupboard for a couple of months. When I started using it, it became my premier vinegar for salad making. It is gone now...and I missed it!!
