Zinke Orchards Creamy Almond Butter(3Pack) 16 oz. Jars

I can't believe that my very first Amazon review is about... almond butter. But this stuff is so good, I have to tell the world. I'm pretty sure it's the best almond butter I've ever tried.The oil separation that occurs is minimal, and it's nice and soft and creamy and therefore really easy to stir it back up. That's such an improvement over other almond butters I've tried, in which the almond butter gets progressively thicker/harder-to-stir the further down in the jar it is, meaning I can usually only manage to stir up the top portion. By the time I get to the bottom it's quite chunky. But that's not a problem with this brand!It's made in a peanut-free facility, which is why I decided to try it in the first place. And as for the taste - delicious.

I bought 8 jars from Amazon Feb. 2016, "best by" date was 1/7/2017. I kept them all in the refrigerator unopened until I used them. (Any whole food with fat, including nuts and whole grains, I only keep in the fridge.) In the meantime I discovered the fresh do-it-yourself almond butter when Whole Foods opened where I used to live - so these sat a few years. But then when I opened one, I discovered their flavor was JUST AS GOOD as the fresh do-it-yourself at the store. Now today (5/3/2020) I just opened the last two jars from the Feb. 2016 purchase. Flavor great, just as fresh as every other jar. I haven't yet had any jar almond butter that tastes this good, and tastes as good as the fresh churned. Every other jar almond butter I have tried has been flat, flat, flat.

I've tried many brands of almond butter over the years, and Zinke Orchards is by far the best one I have ever had. I've purchased both the creamy and chunky varieties, and each are outstanding. The taste is rich and flavorful without being overpowering. The texture is wonderful and easy to spread; just refrigerate and stir. It's all-natural, made only from dry-roasted almonds...nothing else. It's a great heathy option to enjoy on crackers or your favorite bread. I love this product and Amazon offers it at a great price, so I'll be buying it for years to come! (One tip: it's tricky to find the expiration date, since it's not printed on the label or on the lid....you'll find it in small numbers embedded directly in the plastic of the jar.)

We eat almond butter on sliced apples every day to maintain level blood sugar levels and to stave off hunger between meals.Having tried over a dozen brands, this one is the best. It has a good spreadable consistency and texture. It does not separate, there is no palm oil, and it is just tasty.It is good for baking, and on celery or crackers too. It makes a delicious PB & J!

If you are used to Barney butter this is totally different. I could eat a whole jar of Barney butter alone and want more but I could not even eat a spoonful of this. The taste is totally different however I am not sure what raw organic almond butter is supposed to taste like. However if you're just putting it in smoothies like myself for the nutritional benefits you can save a few dollars. I'm not sure if I will buy this again or stick with Barney butter I miss grabbing a spoon and having a few spoons full of pure almond butter and I think it made my smoothies taste better as well. The consistency is also different from Barney butter it's a bit runny not smooth like peanut butter.Overall I gave it 4 stars because it is what it is.. Raw organic almond butter at a good price compared to Barney butter but overall I like Barney butter much better.

This is my first order of Zinke almond butter. I was really pleased with how thick it was with minimal liquid to stir into the butter. It smells and tastes wonderful, very fresh. I usually buy the Costco brand which is very runny. It is a bigger jar and of course less money, but the taste of Zinke's is so much better. That is their business so I'd expect the quality of their product to be better. I'll be ordering again.

I have tried several other brands of almond butter in the past and saw that this brand was highly rated on amazon. I decided to give it a try and was surprised by well it has been rated by other amazon customers. I am certainly not saying that this almond butter is bad but I would not say it is the best almond butter I have ever had. This almond butter basically screams "average" when I taste it, however the texture is good an is as similar to normal nut butters as you will find. The best part about this brand is that there is only one ingredient - "dry roasted almonds" so it is great for those looking to avoid added ingredients. Southern Styles All Natural Almond Butter is a similarly priced brand with equally few ingredients but I find it to have a superior taste.

Oh so yummy, I'm eating it way too fast!It does require stirring up, but that only took a couple of minutes.It is a coarse grind -- not "chunky" (which means bits of nuts added after grinding), but it's grainy, not like butter. I like this, but if you like the texture of Jif Perfectly Smooth, this is not for you.It's also made from the whole almond--the skin is not removed and you can see flecks of it. One reviewer mentioned a black lump, which was probably skin flecks that didn't get mixed well--I noticed that the mixing was inconsistent, but stirring took care of that.
