I have the slimmer battery pack by this brand, with 3 cables: micro USB, iPhone and type c. I wanted the screen with the digitized battery percentage and possibility of wireless charging. It is thicker, and has a nice texture grip to it. I do NOT like the hard to remove cable at the bottom. It is type c but you could essentially only have 2 types on the battery whichever of the 3 you choose. I have products of all the port types and so unfortunately I would have to return it. The wireless feature charged my airpods just fine and I wish it worked out but sadly, not what I wanted.Quality is still there, but I rather keep the slimmer one with all 3 port type.

We have the older version of this, and it was perfect, slim, you could bring it anywhere. This new one is SUPER THICK. Our cables weren’t bad on our older versions (2 years later), hence why we are shopping for new ones, but with how thick and bulky this one is, it will be returned and we’ll get the older version again. I wish those had removable cables!The older one in the pictures is the thin one, this product is the one that is thicker than the old 10kmah batter plus an iPhone.

Years ago I bought an earlier model which I loved. This time around I thought having the added wireless charging capability would be great. But I found it's not worth the extra bulk.The wireless charging is pretty slow, so using it as a "coaster" for my phone doesn't really recharge it fast enough. It's better to just plug it in and deal with the hassle of these two connected bricks for a half hour or so. And if I'm going to do that, then I wish I had bought the thinner non-wireless version.For reference, a phone will recharge in about 2 hours on USBC, or 4 hours by wireless.The power bank also has a cheaper feel than my earlier model. This one feels hollow. However, I do like that the two charging cords can be replaced and swapped easily.

Just got the product in the mail, it comes with a really sturdy travel case which is great. Plugged in my phone with the cords built into the sides of the pack (I have a Galaxy S10 5G) and verified that it was compatible with the full fast-charging my phone has! Wireless charging works great as well for my phone, Galaxy Buds charging case, and Galaxy watch. The battery pack easily plugs into the wall to charge! Not sure if I can charge the battery pack from a USB power source yet, but regardless, so far I'm thrilled with it!

Picked it up because most chargers you need to find a different cord to charge with vs. use. This one I loved because it had it's own plug for the outlet as well as charging cables built in! Which is nice when the kids charge their tablets and I need a quick charge for my phone. The built in wireless charging honestly was just icing on the cake of an already great charger. So far this thing is perfect for our Disney trips.

Im giving it 5 stars because its a well thought out product for what you pay. You can charge wireless, plug your lightning cable in and charge, or if you forget or lose your cable you can us the supplied well stored cable that is attached to the power pack. Wireless is output 1amp so its the slowest. We thought out instructions on back, and a durrable body design. and you dont need extra cable to charge the power pack with its internal standard AC plug. The body is not to slick so if you use the wireless charge the phone does not easily slip off. and indicators are small and easy to understand but not bright so it bothers you at night. Well done....

This is the perfect phone accessory when you are on the go or traveling and need to keep your phone charged. It allows you to charge micro USB, C plug cellphones and iPhone. My phones is supposed to charge wirelessly on this but I have only gotten that feature to work once when I first put my mom's S8 on it and then my S10. That would be my one and only complaint. It is a bit heavy for travel but usually gives my phone 3-4 charges before needing to be charges itself.

Bulky and feels rather hollow. The wireless charging is rather useless. You need to position the phone precisely or it won’t hold charge mode. With a case it’s much worse.The Reason it is bulky, it is because it has the wireless charging mode feature. Since it doesn’t really work very well, you have better options out there without the wireless feature.
