A unique and highly useful journal & habit tracker!
This is an excellent journal and resource for people wishing to track/change their habits. Presented in a black box, this book has a hard cover, two ribbon bookmarks, and it opens flat - it has a high-end, stylish look. Some of the other features of this book include: numbered pages, a one-line-per-day section, 12 habit trackers, and an inner pocket. The feature that sets this journal apart from others, is the "Habit Toolkits" in the last section. In this part, step-by-step guides are presented, to help you use the journal to it's fullest (templates for tracking your habits, methods to help you make better decisions, ideas for improving your productivity and time management, and page layouts to track your health and fitness). Although this journal is a little pricey, I think it is still an excellent resource and a good value. I recommend this product. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

Great for productivity and note taking
The media could not be loaded. Great material for a note book. Feels high quality. If you read the James Clear Atomic Habits book is a nice book to have to practice some of the stuff he was teaching. The main thing I like about the book is the back where you can track your habits. Once I started running out of pages I made a spreadsheet on my computer where I track my habits.I do like taking notes in the notebook as well.

An investment
The habit journal is worth the price. It strikes a balance between professional and self guidance. The extra grid dot pages provides space for a personal touch! Most books restrict what you can do. This allows me to follow the Atomic Habit approach and add things such as a self drawn goal card to help track my habits. I highly recommend!

Great Habit Tracker
Needed something to force myself to keep track of my New Year's resolutions, and this seems to do the trick. As someone who needs a little kick to motivate myself, I felt like a daily journal to keep track of what I do everyday would help me stay true to my resolution. After searching on Amazon for awhile, I found that this was the only male-centric journal that did not have fruity colors or cursive fonts. The journal is extremely minimalist, has great tips for you to use on any planner you buy in the future, and I must say it is darn good looking. It has a beautiful color scheme and a fabric hard cover finish that is very aesthetically pleasing. There are some complaints for this being a 'notebook', and I will say it is true. Unfortunately, this journal is filled with a majority of "blank" pages that are meant for notes or something, but to me is a waste of space. That being said, there are more than enough planner pages for you to last a year.Bottom line, would I spend another $25 on it next year? Without a doubt

Comes With Thinking Tools
After reading Atomic Habits, I felt my goals were actually achievable for the first time in a long. I bought this journal for my birthday and was so excited to use it. The best part are the tools at the back of the book. I had heard of these tools from other books over the years but never sat down and actually put them into practice (Ivy Lee Method, Eisenhower Matrix, etc). Having them spelled out made it so easy to finally sit down and do the work. Do yourself a favor and get one of these.

Everything you're looking for and more
I've bought and never used dozens of journals, this one's different.Great quality, excellent content, well thought-out.The quality surpasses my admitted high expectations for the $25 price point. And the content, everything from the way the they designed the habit tracker and one-line-per-day sections to the stock of the pages to the pocket in the back. All of it was thoroughly impressive. The dotted pages give you the ability to design your pages how you want, but while many journals have these they're sometimes not easily divided into thirds, halves or quarters... this journal not only evenly divides into these sections but beautifully and subtly marks where to begin drawing your line to do so.It's like it was designed by someone like me (who bought and started but never consistently used journal after journal) but who reformed and figured put exactly what they needed from a journal.I highly recommend you join or start a book club in which you read Atomic Habits and that you purchase an enjoyable quality pen so that you can get the natural motivation to regularly use this like I did. But more importantly I'm here to tell you that, yes, this is the one you've been looking for.The pen I fell in love with was:Black Forest Fountain Pen Fine Nib Classic Design with Converter by Hongdian

PERFECT on the inside, horrible on the outside
This is the best journal on the market when it comes to functionality, it's perfect in fact! The problem is the outside, it's this strange, dust attracting, dirt grabbing material that feels and looks horrible. This journal will be the GOAT If/when they use a leather or faux leather external cover like the bullet journal and drop the current one.

A Well-made book for habit tracking or general journaling/writing
I bought this after reading James Clear’s Atomic Habits, which was excellent and practical, and helped me a lot; but I think that this journal would be useful for anyone who wants to track habits, or anything else, or simply to write. The dot grid, numbered pages, the index section, the habit tracking pages, can be modified to suit one’s own systems. The book itself is well-made, with pages thick enough so that my pigma micron pen doesn’t show through the paper. The book opens flat. I’m very happy with it.
