Metal Round Readers - Reading eyeglasses (unisex) Black, Gold, Silver or Grey

Love these guys. They are lightweight. They come with anti glare coating. I turned mine into trasition prescription. Boy what a fuss they made at the eyeglass place. I have glaucoma and wanted something to cover the whole eye. The only downside is that the original lens will fog up if you wear them close to the eyes. To resolve that I bought a defog spray and would spray them each day. If you turn them into prescription, they do not fog. Guess they are meant to be worn on the tip of the nose like most readers. The frame is quite flexible. I have fallen to sleep in them and they did not break. I hate wearing glasses but these made me feel differently. Have been complimented as well as asked where did I get my frames.

I have looked for circle lense glasses with the posts centered off the rims. I have a very broad width between my eyes and my nose bridge. Most times I have problems getting glasses to fit and I was leary as to these if they would be wide enough. The measurements were in centimeters and I don't measure in centimeters... I measure in inches... so I took a chance and bought them... THEY ARE GREAT... they FIT! These are for close reading only that is why I need them for a "couple of hours." They are comfortable and I am very happy to FINALLY get these "Harry Potter" type of glasses. The price and mailing were both very well done. I recommend this seller and these glasses.

I have tried multiple readers and these are my favorite for these reasons:1. The glasses don't weigh much.2. The round lenses give me plenty of eye space to look around through the lenses.3. The glasses are really glass, which means these clean easily and well.The biggest problem I've had with these non-prescription readers are cleaning. But, these can be spotless without any real effort. I use both the CVS cleaners and the included small cleaning cloth, which works well together. Highly recommended![update 6-28-2017 -- tried these again and remember why I like these - the round frames allow more "eye space" to see and look around, but most of all because these are easy to clean and are very clear. Glad I'm back with these!!]

Love the glasses. However, you should know that they are *large* for my lady face. (I'd hate to see what the large size looks like, yikes!)The frames are over an inch and a half "tall." Too large for my face, so I am ordering the small size, which should be fine.Again -- I love these frames. I'm a teacher, and while my colleagues and friends say, "Wow, John Lennon glasses," my younger students say, "Wow, Harry Potter glasses!"I will keep them because they're totally fine for reading. I'll keep them at my computer at home, and use the small frames for wearing out in public. Fun!

First off do yourself a favor and pick the right frame size. This is your responsibility! My advice is to go to walmart and find a frame that fits you well, then write down the numbers that are usually one the inside of the frame. They look like this 52-17-140 (where 52 is the lense size, 17 the bridge width, and 140 is the length from your bridge to your ears). Now I was very surprised about these. Wonderful optics for the price, and unlike glasses of equal price these have anti-reflective coatings ($15 glasses never have coatings!!!). I certainly feel I got what I paid for. And frankly this is the quality I would have expected to pay $50 at an optometrist.

this was my first time buying eye glasses online. Come to think of it, this was actually my first time buying eye glasses ever. anyway, the glasses arrived quickly. The glass itself is real glass and was the proper strength. I failed to indicate I only needed one side to be subscription but that was my fault. The glasses are curious looking and quite bigger than I expected. Truth is, I was hoping they wouldn't be dinky small but I guess that would have been a little bit more fashionable as these are definitely some big circles sitting on my face. Decent though. I like the quality of them.

This is my 2nd order with this firm. The quality of the glasses is superb and the prices are very reasonable. I got the order very fast and each set of glasses (I ordered 3 pairs) came with a plastic case and a small soft cloth for cleaning.I've been self-employed for over 30 years and successful because of the quality of my products and my bend-over-backwards service. I think if these were a bit smaller I would like them better - They are a little less like John Lennon in that they are just a bit large, but they get the job done, and are a nice pair of reading glasses.
