These are great! I have vulvar veins this pregnancy and regular underwear rubs uncomfortably. These are so much more comfortable under skirts, shorts, pants or dresses. I also like the coverage and think they look cute on. I will probably continue to want to wear this style of underwear after I'm pregnant. As another reviewer commented, they could wick better but they are cotton and I prefer cotton over synthetics for underwear. And for some reason I'm way more sweaty in the underwear zone when pregs. I normally wear a size small pant when not pregs, and a medium maternity pant starting at 30 weeks or so. I'm 37 weeks, 150 lbs and 5'4". I hate underwear that is too tight so I purchased a large in these and they fit perfectly.

3.5 Stars. I decided to order some briefs like these because I have to wear the V2 supporter to help with swelling in my pregnancy. And unless I'm wearing leggings and can put a long shirt over my support apparatus; having these briefs will help protect the elastic from the V2 supporter from chafing/ digging into my legs.Negative is that the seam where they have the extra cotton liner in the crotch is sideways - which is a little weird and the seam in the center the front isn't in the best/most comfortable location for lady bits (as one other user mentioned). But, if I wear a panty liner to cover that seam, it seems to do the job. The material is soft which is nice. So far, under jeans it looks fine. We'll see how they hold up!UPDATE 4/10/18: I've had these for over a week. I am mostly using this over my regular panties, but under my V2 belt supporter (to protect the elastic from the supporter digging into my thighs). It works fine for that purpose, but not really a fan for just wearing by themselves. On the other hand, I have their regular bikini underwear - which I do like quite a bit, and would recommend those highly.

During my pregnancy, I've been wearing lots of dresses, and these are just great to wear under! However, I will have to mention the sizing. I went with the suggested US sizing of 8/10 (pre-pregnancy), which is an XL, and it's quite big - well, not as tight as I would like it. Just keep that in mind when ordering. I think L would have been perfect for me. Oh, and I'm 7 months pregnant, just in case you are wondering whether I'm in my early or later stage of pregnancy.

I almost love these because they are really soft and flexible BUT they must have been designed by a man because there is a three way seam that comes together right over your most sensitive of lady bits. For some this could be a positive, for me, it got annoying real quick.

I rarely review products but I love these so much I had to with this one. I am 29 weeks pregnant and it is getting hot here in Minnesota. These were exactly what I was looking for to wear under loose dresses for the rest of my summer pregnancy. I only have two more months to go and I just ordered a second set. I am a 10/12 prepregnancy and ordered the size 2XL. They are loose enough to be comfortable and breathable but not so loose they fall down. So happy I found them.
