Enormous Space Saver Cube Vacuum Storage Bags, Three Pack. For Blankets, Comforters & Cushions

We ordered this back in October, 2015 but didn't open the sealed package until July, 2016. When we did open and use them, two of the bags had leaks. With one we could clearly hear the air coming in from near the bottom of the bag. We tried resealing the dual zip-locks with the provided tool three times to make sure we didn't have a leak there, but no improvement. We tried contacting Simon Stelz at [email protected]. We realize it's been a long time since the purchase, and would have understood if they had said, "sorry, but no." But, we didn't get any response. Sadly, we have to rate this purchase as an epic fail.

We are moving and I'm packing up a lot of clothes/towels/blankets. These bags aren't very big, and are flimsy compared to others I've used. Two bags tore (one while I was vacuuming sealing it up, the other because it caught the hook of a hanger laying on the floor after I sealed it). I only packed the 3rd 1/2 full, and only used very neatly folded towels. I'm not going to buy these bags again. I like the home depot XL bags. Holds triple than these bags and are so much stronger.

The bags were not as strong as Space Bag and broke in the middle and the seams and had to be taped all the way around several times to stay in place. This was inconvenient as I was in the middle of moving and had clothes in it and the bag ripped open and all the clothes fell out. Also the vacuum plug is separate and not attached to the bag itself and has to be turned into place to stay air tight and can easily get lost or unscrewed.

Inferior product. I wouldn't call it enormous. If it didn't rip before you closed it, maybe one or two lightweight blankets. It was a big waste of money. Now I can't figure out how to return it. The positive reviews have to suspect. I miss honest Amazon reviews. I would also like to see some quality control from Amazon. Buyer beware.

Waste of money. As soon as I took the vacuum away, product started expending. Would not stay vacuumed. Had to remove all air then wrapped the whole bag in duct tape so it can't expand. The SELLER was great. Shipped on time, arrived on time, but product was worthless.

The only reason I'm rating it a one star is because zero stars is not an option. Of the three bags, one split on the bottom and the other two leaked. We were only putting pillows in there and not over stuffing it. The plastic is thin and cheap. You would be better off using a garbage bag, sitting on it to extract the air, then tying it.

UPDATE: Okay, I originally gave it 3 stars for what I thought 2 out of 3 bags working but no. Only one bag worked and stayed deflated. Such a big hassle returning these. Not happy with this purchase at all. Buy a different brand I'd recommend.Original Review: One of the three bags had a hole in it, that I noticed when I heard air coming out after having diminished the contents with a vacuum. I put some duct tape on the hole, so hopefully that will work because I really don't want to go to the trouble of packaging it all up again and sending it back. The other two bags seemed to work great. It is quite amazing how much a queen size comforter reduces to in one of these bags.

Have to say I was a little worried about the quality but man these things can pack it in. I can’t believe how much stuff I could fit in what seemed to be a small bag. I got two and also two larger bags from the same brand and let’s just say I still have one of these left over after cleaning out my comforter closet. Oh and that includes the pillows and it was like five sets.
