Great replacement for a mobile home rental that had a leaking valve inside the wall. It's been well over a year since it was installed, and still no issues with daily use.

All plastic, no brass valves.
I purchased this after reading reviews and the question and answer section. I thought this control had brass valves in it. It does not. All plastic. It works just fine but it feels real cheap and if someone heavy handed were to use it they may break it. If I didn’t really need to get the replacement installed and put my wall back together I would have returned it for one with brass valves. It’s does work though and it doesnt leak.
