Only big rigatoni I know of
Finally! After having had Rigatoni & Prosciutto at a restaurant in the Bay Area many years ago I developed a “copycat recipe”. Sadly, shortly after I had to go gluten free. Ever since I’ve been trying to find really big rigatoni (true rigatoni is BIG, right? I mean, it’s in the name and all!). This is the first time I’ve found actual rigatoni that is gluten free! So happy! It tastes great and looks luxurious. Perfect for dinner parties.My recipe:Fry diced prosciutto with butter and garlic. Mix with cooked rigatoni in an oven dish.Put mozzarella on top.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

The best gluten free pasta around!
If you are looking for an authentic feeling pasta, when served al dente, look no further. Every shape we have tried, even the spaghetti is perfect and delicious! It’s more expensive but the quality shows. It tastes just like regular pasta.

Gluten-free but delicious
When my daughter was forced to go gluten-free, we were able to find a few varieties of gf noodles, but I was disappointed that I couldn't find rigatoni since I prefer it to spaghetti. I turned to Amazon and sure enough, here was an option. I have prepared the one we ordered and everyone loved it. I have since found them in various out of town stores for a higher price.

Good product
Rigatoni is one of my two favorite pastas. It’s tough to find it as gluten free. I have since tried to purchase it again and it wasn’t available. I hope this is not a permanent thing as I will purchase it again.

This is the best gluten free pasta I have eaten. Texture is great flavor is great. It ain’t cheap though

Great product
Being an Italian with Celiac, I miss good pasta! I believe it's the best tasting GF pasta out there!

Expensive but worth it
This is the closest to wheat pasta I have found. It is also the only gluten free mezzi rigatoni I have ever seen. I love a good thick, hearty pasta. It is expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. If you want a good deal their spaghetti can be purchased for much cheaper.

One of the VERY VERY BEST of the gluten-free pastas on the market
This is really a remarkably well-done pasta. I can't say enough good about it. If you've ever tried gluten-free pasta - or had to, for medical reasons - you know how gruesome tasting they can be. This is the real deal. I had to re-check the label, to be sure it was really gluten-free. I've now ordered the spaghetti, the fusilli, the rigatoni, and fully expect them to be as good!!
