Can the 2 seals be removed and lubricant replace with grease?

What size axles do they fit?

They fit standard skateboard truck axles, which typically take a 5/16” nut.

So far no sound,make sure you lubricate them, I put them in my custom electric skateboard with 110mm Slick Revolution Wheels

Do I need to buy the tool to attach the wheels?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “the tool.” You will need some sort of tool to assemble a skateboard. You can use a socket set if you have one. A skate tool just makes it easier because it comes with the sizes you need for the wheel nuts, the kingpin nut and the nuts for the truck bolts.
