This was purchased as a memorial to our beloved granddaughter who was born sleeping. When it arrived it looks cheap and tacky and certainly not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend. Also I ordered Pink and received a red item

Arrived minus the satin boxes ordered with them contacted supplier most apologetic boxes arrived this week.The baubles seem to be well made I could not find any issues with them the supplier redeemed themselves by supplying the missing satin lined boxes.

Lovely bauble really pretty and a lovely way to remember and include someone you’ve lost

I bought 2 of these baubles, one for me and one for my mum. I got them in memory of my Nanna who passed away in April. The one that I had got for my Mum had a letter and a number missing from the writing, it was very disappointing, if not for this the product would have been perfect.

I bought this bauble for my Stepdaughter who lost her mum 10 years ago.I wanted her to have a little keepsake of her on the Christmas Tree. It arrived and I must say it is lovely. My stepdaughter cried and was so touched. This is a lovely gift for anyone who has lost a loved one.

Thank you for such a beautiful bauble. I lost my beloved dog in May and still struggling with her not being around. The bauble will sit in prime position on our tree and I can admire it and think of her 🥰I highly recommend this for anyone who wants something very special to honour their beloved pets 😊

Product looks nice and arrived in good time however the text is not as I expected, no where in the ordering process did it stipulate that ‘always in our hearts’ is written on all the baubles. My understanding was that only the text that I stipulated would be on there. Now a bauble that was supposed to be a tradition for my partner and I has text on their that suggests we’re dead!
