I was very skeptical at first but this is a phenomenal appetite suppressant and didn't give me any side effects! bought to try not to gain any weight during Christmas season. started Dec 10 just finished last does. i actually gained 3 pounds using this product. while it was the Christmas season, i usually gain 2-4 lbs, but i eat more sugary sweets than usual. at first this product seemed to suppress my appetite a little, after weighing myself today i can not give this product my recommendation since i gained weight using it
