It holds the 3DS XL perfectly and has slots for 3 games, but there is not enough extra room for the charger. **Q: Will this fit the "new" 3ds xl?** A: DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE! It does not fit, I got one of these before and the case is not made for the NEW 3ds XL and it will damage your L&R triggers over time. Be warned. **Q: Does it hold only 3 games or will more than one game fit in each pocket?** A: I agree with Judy. It's made to hold 3 games (one per pocket), but you can fit more than one in each pocket if you want to. **Q: Will this fit the New 3DS XL?** A: Yes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/164278-amazon-basics-carrying-case-for-nintendo-new-3ds-xl-3ds](https://www.desertcart.be/products/164278-amazon-basics-carrying-case-for-nintendo-new-3ds-xl-3ds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
