I simply cannot believe I didn't get one of these a LONG time ago. It is so amazing to have endless ice! My wife and I both work from home and were always using all of the fridge ice maker's output by the late afternoon. This led to much sadness and resentment in our household. We were thinking about going to therapy, but decided maybe we just needed to get a real ice maker. We're now both so happy! But seriously, this thing is really great. Works like a champ, was easy to setup and get churning out ice. I'm an ice chewer, so this is REALLY a massive upgrade - can adjust the thickness to that perfect level of crunchiness. I highly recommend!

Beyond my expectations! For the price ... you can’t go wrong!! And it makes a Ton of Ice and Quickly!! We live on a lake and always run out of ice and The refrigerator ice machine was not enough ice when we had company! We never run out anymore! It would have been 5 Stars but it is a little loud when it is dumping ice and the ice does melt a little. I really can’t believe we waited so long to get one! Happy Customer!

We love our ice maker and the convenience of having a drain and automatic water to it. However, I did have to order a condensation pump to get it to drain properly. I would highly recommend getting a pump if you don't have a drain in your floor or below your drain line. Update!! We have now had this machine for 2.5 years. We have LOTS of rust in our well water, so we do have to descale and clean often, but it's still going strong!!! LOVE IT!

Worked amazing for 3 months, then just stopped working. Also you need to have some type of pump to get rid of the water otherwise it will fill up with water and melt your ice.

Wow it’s cute and resembles a miniature version of the large industrial ice machines at work. Also produces so much ice that is not cloudy and in small cubes ready to go . I placed It on the patio because my husband had to create a waterline for it using the already established water faucet. Drain line just flows out into the lawn perfectly . It is continuously producing ice so a large party of 35 people easily has ice in their drinks all evening long. I live in a hot climate and the ice machine keeps the ice fresh and ready even on the patio . I really recommend this product .

This is a great ice maker for your home. We host a lot of gatherings with friends and family and this ice maker is perfect for that. It was easy to install and makes ice quickly.

I absolutely love, love, love this machine. Its quick to start filling up, its quiet while making the ice. The only thing is that when its full you need to keep an eye out because the ice that’s made will block other ice from being made other then that it’s exactly what I was looking for. 👌🏽

The ice machines a little on the shorter side but overall performance is outstanding, can't ask for better features, along with the ability to customize ice making time and hardness. I absolutely love it!
