I actually really liked this product. It worked great for helping me go to sleep. However after 3 months of using it I landed in the hospital for 4 days with pancreatitis and excruciating pain. According to the doctors it was due to the Garcinia Cambodia extract it contains. I have never had any health problems in the past and the Doctors said Pancreatitis is a common side effect of the Garcinia Cambodia. I never knew that.:( however on the upside I did lose 10 pounds from being unable to eat for 4 days. Such a disappointment because I did love this product.

I've always loved to travel, even with its one huge downside for me. I've never been good at going to sleep even at the best of times, and the excitement (and stress, to be perfectly honest) of travel doesn't help matters. I normally take melatonin when I have trouble getting to sleep, but I was afraid that it wasn't going to cut it in this situation. I decided that I was going to find a real solution for this year's trip. I saw the great reviews on this one, and I was intrigued by the idea of burning fat without having to set foot in a gym. At the same time, I love to use natural substances whenever possible in my supplements. In the end, I decided to cycle between this one and  Refresh by Human Elements . Long story short, I can't decide which is more awesome. With both, I was out like a light within minutes. In addition to that, with this one...it certainly could be placebo, but I just felt lighter in the morning after taking it. Now, having come back from my trip, I'm about 10 pounds lighter. Consider me a convert!

Best part of this product is that it actually works, must stay consistent with it to get the best results, overall a very affordable supplement and effective way to burn fat even when at sleep

I feel like these are just a placebo type of pill cause they have been doing absolutely nothing for me except burning my esophagus. Would not reccomend

Doesn't seem to work at all for me

I ordered 3 items from the same company Lmnitrix From Amazon and none of them has a expiry dates. When I bought direct from Lmnitrix they had a expiry date written in the bottom of the bottles. And the bottles came from Amazon all the bottles were had a scratch in the bottom of the bottles like the dates were scratched.

Great sleep aid; terrible taste; no help with weight loss (even with diet and exercise).
