Not the same effects as others of same stated strength
I purchase this type of product regularly and I will say that it does what I wanted it to do...but I have to take twice the amount to see the same results. I don't know why...but that is the truth of it..at least for me. It gets a 4 star because it is also less expensive than others I have used before.

Helps drop final fat %
I took this Berberine product before each meal for the past 3 weeks. It has helped me lose the final layer if body fat, and I've noticed increased visual vascularity in my arm muscles. My sweets cravings between meals has lessened. I assume this is because Berberine inhibits blood sugar spikes, and helps keep insulin low too. I will keep taking this Berberine, along with my workouts, healthy eating, and increased sleep, I just love the results!

Fake Berberine
Fake berberine. It's white and tastes neutral. Berberine is yellow and tastes very bitter. The company should be shut down.

Good product and excellent value
Good product, my only gripe is the taste of capsules when I take them. It doesn't longer after swallowing the capsules but they taste very bitter with a strong herbal taste, even when I take them right away with plenty of water. I've taken a few other brands and never experienced that before.
