Only purchase if you have never heard of red lining before.
I was expecting practical "tips & nuggets", there is nothing of substance in this book. If you have literally never done a red line for a correspondence or contract, this is your 'how to get started', but there is nothing in this that was worth paying for. It is all general topic discussions, and a portion for how to begin redlining in various document programs. I would not have purchased if it had been more clear this is a quick intro on how and what to do.

KEEP YOUR MONEY & SAVE YOUR TIME...
This is not a book - it is literally a pamphlet. They should have saved the paper that this was printed on and just put this basic information on a web page. This is just basic common sense and nothing informative - maybe to 5th/6th grader. I returned this purchase for a quick refund.

I definitely recommend this book to all contract managers
I definitely recommend this book to all contract managers, procurers, contract-lawyers and delivery-managers.Why? Because it looks so simple to just read and edit documents in procurement processes. And the contract is as per the earlier agreed criteria, isn’t it?The way Jaap describes redlining is a simple but effective way to understand what you write and read in documents or contracts and it makes you more aware of any possible misunderstanding. An easy to read book and very helpful in creating audit-proof (procurement) project documents.

Save your Money
Wow, This guy must have written this in 20 minutes. Basically tells you how to do compare things on word which everyone who knows the term "red-lining" does.Save you cash, luckily Amazon refunded it for me!
