Very nice product, does exactly that it advertises. It works very well with our RCA DECT 6.0 2 line phone system. We use a base unit + a desk unit + 3 cordless units. It is pretty much plug and play. Initially I had some set-up issues ( if I had read the instructions all the way through I would no have had trouble) I called and their tech support called me back the same day and help me check the settings and to verify the volume was working correctly. They were very easy and a pleasure to work with.The unit comes with a handful of music files already loaded on the mini USB card, including holiday music, and WORD doc with instructions. Paper instructions are also included. I tried to use my own MP3 files and unless you know what you are doing they may not work as they need to be equalized to play correctly for hold music.Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and I would buy it again.

it works, it is doing its job, but the button "next" is actually playing "back" song.

This Unit is activated by the flash button but doesn't work, when you press flash it hangs up on the holding customer. I called into technical service and this 1 guy could not help and seemed uninterested in helping. Don't waste your time and Money
