They took a while to deliver but boy, they were worth the wait! I had them make my heel a 3.5"/which they're calling a 3.1". They're a bit big in the back and the strap is long, but I don't think I would've been comfortable in my normal shoe size of a 9.5, I ordered a 10 like I do in all of my shoes for the comfort. As I began walking around with the padded inserts they provided, they felt more comfortable. These shoes are BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY! I have them in yellow patent leather! The black patent in this style is on the way, along with the navy blue lepoard patent leather, because they're SO VERY different! Yellow is the color of the season this year and I don't think this color is going anywhere any time soon! I love this seller because they're wonderful to work with, the only reason I'm giving them four stars is because it takes at least four to six plus weeks to get your shoes! DON'T SLEEP ON THESE BUT GET YOUR ORDERS IN WAAYYY AHEAD OF TIME! DO let them know what heel height you want, and they'll make them for you and it's SO WORTH IT!!! PLUS YOU GET GIFTS WITHIN your order! WHO DOES THAT WITH SHOES THAT LOOK THIS GREAT? THEY DO!!!!!!!

The shoe is beautiful but it is quite high and ideal for people who are used to walking around in heels. I’d say it’s better not too much walking personally. The heel flap could sit a bit flatter.

The overall fit is weird. The straps are too long and it’s not secure at all. Looks beautiful as far as style but they are too high to not have ankle support and feel like I’m falling out of my shoes.

The back part of the heel was kind of distorted so it stuck out like a sore thumb. Maybe if that part was also patent black, it would’ve been palatable but because it’s a tan color it really draws attention to where it doesn’t form to your legs/ankles. They also didn’t come with the extra heel stubs or foot padding as seen in others’ reviews. That was the most disappointing part because the heels really are so sexy and beautiful 😔

These shoes are beautiful! I love them so much. Sadly, I can't wear them. They are very, very narrow. I have average width feet, and they're too narrow. I wear a 6.5 or 7. Most 7s are pretty roomy on me. These are too short. Compound that with the extra-narrow, and the nearly 5" heels, and they become unwearable. But they are beautiful! If you have very narrow, very long feet (to accommodate the height of the heel) you will have the most gorgeous, sassiest heels in the room with these on!

The foot is able to slide, the straps provide no support

Was excited for this shoe but they under delivered. It arrived past my function so I've still not worn them but even still, they're so big and uncomfortable I don't know if I can. Order a size down. Not true to size.
