There is a warning label on the can that says: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A, which is know to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.This kind of warning should be on the main Amazon ordering page otherwise I would not have bought it. I only bought it because a dessert recipe called for it and I ended up not making it because of the warning. Now I cannot even return the cans.

Bisphenol A is BPA which is in near all plastics. Its not good but its nothing super out of the norm..Any soda you get is going to have a plastic BPA liner unless otherwise stated..so in essence, this having it on the label is actually very informative and transparent as opposed to every soft drink in america that doesnt disclose it.The more you know

Very delicious, and yes it has BPA just like normal cans but they have to declare it because it is an import. It's the same can linger as major American sodas.
