I was a little scared buying this fitness ball as there were not a lot of reviews to go off of but I am glad I did. The ball itself is exactly what you would expect from a fitness ball: big, bouncy, and sturdy. I was pretty happy with it except for the fact that I received the wrong size. I bought the 75cm one and received a smaller 65cm one (pictured) in the bigger sized box. So I contacted the seller and received a response back the next day. I was told they were sorry for the mishap and they would send me the correct one right away and I could just keep the first ball they sent. All I had to do was send them a picture of the ball. They even sent me tracking for the new ball they sent. I was very pleased with their customer service and the fitness ball. I write at a desk for long periods of time and this really helps with back strain. I do have to say that it comes with a little pump (which is a nice bonus) to inflate the ball that does take some effort, but I have an electric pump that inflated it way faster with less work so something to consider. Also it comes with a lil tool to pop out the plug which I highly suggest you don't lose! Because after bouncing around on it a few hours a day it will deflate a bit and you're gonna wanna put more air in to keep it at optimal bounce status! I would definitely recommend this ball and the seller. Hope this helped!

Should I have to put air in this everyday?******The company contacted me and resolved the issue quickly. The first ball must have had a leak. Things happen and that’s ok...This is excellent quality and you can tell this is a thick material which can hold a lot of weight. Thank u for the customer service! I am completely satisfied.

Nice sturdy thick rubber ball very large perfect for tall people. The pump for blowing it up is pretty weak and took a very long time but once it was inflated it worked perfectly just a little extra effort so expect it to take a while unless you have an alternative inflation tool. We use this for exercise and soothing our newborn. Works like a charm.

65 inch yoga chair ball. I use this ball at my desk for work. It is comfortable and easy to use. It blew up really easy and had all the included foot pump and plug and the tool to remove the plug. I really like the sturdiness of this ball and the quality of it. Great for working out or working at your desk.

Bought this because I love to game at my computer but it’s killing my already horrible back. So far idk if it’s more comfortable but I can definitely tell it helps with my posture a lot!

Just got my ball yesterday and I’ve already put it to use. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and it is so comfortable! It was super easy to pump. I did it myself within 5 -7 minutes. Used my foot as it came with a foot pump. The ball is sturdy and very thick. I’m glad I got this one. This helps with my sciatic pain and stretching/ bouncing getting ready for labor. Highly recommend.
