FIREBALL TINDER 60mm WHEELZZSZSZSZ
Fire "ball"? More like fire--BALL-OF-AWESOME. I've been shredding with their 76mm wheels (and 608 bearings) for a couple years now, and DAMN. No complaints. However, some peeps are a little upset at all the rad flames I leave behind (metaphorical flames, just so we're clear, I'm not actually riding wheels of flames (THOUGH, I MIGHT AS WELL BE, WHEN I'M ON THESE AWESOME BAD BOYS))Back to the topic at hand. These Fireball Tinder 60mm wheels are JUST AS RAD. Don't let their petite nature fool you (I say petite in comparison to the 76mm. These guys are quite sturdy.), they're packed and sent all ready, so you can get shreddy (except for bearings, you've gotta grab those yourself (in which I'd also recommend the super compatible "Fireball Dragon Precision Bearings" (8-Pack, 608 Bearing)).At this point, I'm rambling. But essentially. Fireball doesn't disappoint. A nice smooth ride. Super durable. Beautiful. I mean, the list goes on & on.FIREBALL IS THE SHNIZZZZZ!

Love these wheels!!!
Love these wheels! Bought 3 sets for myself and my 2 boys. We replaced our old hard wheels for these Fireballs so we can enjoy skating on our rough and unmaintained neighborhood street. Let me tell ya, what a huge difference! We can finally enjoy skateboarding and spend quality time together.Very grateful skatedad :)

SMOOOTH!
I started riding a shorter board for portability reasons, as I was missing a lot of prime riding opportunities because I didn't have my board with me. I went from a 60" to a 40" to a 32". Where I've been riding is an old industrial park with more than it's share of cracks, gravel, sand, sticks, nuts, bolts, kitchen sinks, you get the pic, and harder wheels were racking my knees...and skinning my knees. I needed a bigger, softer wheel to power over the rough. Since the '70's, the go-to duro for that was 78a. I tried more wheels than I care to admit, but couldn't find any in that duro that had any road feel at all, which is much more noticeable on a shorter wheelbase. I narrowed my search to a wheel between 58-62mm and 80a-86a duro, again going through a plethora of urethane in the process...and a lotta cash. These beauties were a joy straight up out of the box! They feel a lot harder than 81a to me, telegraphing the riding surface up through my feet in a way that is kind of hypnotic, like a record needle on vinyl, playing the road song in your head. At the same time, they power over rocks and cracks like a much softer wheel. I've honked to a brief stall a time or two on larger gravel, but never been stopped yet. These wheels have a nice stable footing and are extremely predictable. The word that comes to mind is "powdery", like the whole world was as smooth as a powdered baby's bottom. They never get grabby in a slide, breaking loose and locking in seamlessly, so you can just relax and ride. They really are a joy. The smoothness combined with the road feel give these wheels a feeling that reminds me of snowboarding, which is why I started longboarding in the first place, to try and simulate that feeling of gliding over powder. I got them for my short boards, but have found they are loads of fun on my longboards as well. They have very snappy, lively turn characteristics and they keep your speed down to a good commuting level. That size a wheel you can pretty much ride on anything, so they are very versatile. I would recommend these wheels to anybody that skates. They are super fun! They are really perfect for lower speed freestyle. I also like how the graphic indicates how close you are to the core. All in all, Fireball hit a homer with these guys! They are indeed filled with awesomeness. I just bought a second set so I don't have to change them out between my long and short boards. I never do that! There are lots of wheels out there to choose from, but I can guarantee you that you will not regret hooking up with these beauties. I eagerly anticipate them coming out in 84a and 87a like the Incendo, Scorch and Beast...hint, hint. So in summary...get some and Stay Stoked! Peace.
